• ALL wig sales are final for hygiene purposes 

Clothing:

• Clothing items will be exchanged for sizing purposes ONLY. If an item is not available for exchange it will be dealt with on a one-on-one basis. We cannot issue refunds only store credit.
• All returns MUST received within 14 days of the date that your order was delivered. 
• Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and all tags must still be attached. Shoes must be returned in the shoe box. Please note: The shoebox cannot be used as the shipping container. 
• Return shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
• Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our wear-house
• At Rebel Gypsy we are growing every day due to our wonderful, amazing customers, thank you for your trust and loyalty.
• Waist shapers can not be returned
• For special orders: Since we are getting them made specifically for YOU, if it for some reason cannot be made or any other circumstances happen, we will contact you and ask you to choose between two options: ANY other in-stock wig at that moment or a gift card for the price of your item. 
• If your order defaults on sizing because it is sold out and your order is complete you will be issued a gift card for the item or order in question.
