Order your bingo card, include your FACEBOOK NAME & PHONE NUMBER at checkout so we have multiple forms of communication to send you your card.

Once you pay, look for a Facebook message or text from Shelby with a picture of your bingo card(s)! 

Your Bingo card will always be for the Wednesday after you purchase or the same day if you purchase on a Wednesday by 6pm EST/3pm PST. If you order a bingo card and have not received it from Shelby the day of  bingo after 7pm est please message Shelby via facebook.

*IF YOU ARE NEW TO WEARING WIGS, PLEASE KNOW THAT THE LACE ON THE FOREHEAD GETS CUT OFF RIGHT AT THE HAIRLINE, LEAVING A INCREDIBLE, NATURAL LOOKING CROWN OF HAIR. THIS IS VERY SIMPLE TO CUT AND DOES NOT STAY ON THE WIG. INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED WITHIN THE CARE CARD.

All Sales Final. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing normal orders and up to 6-8 weeks for special orders. Some special orders may take a bit longer than the 6-8 week mark due to unforeseen supply chain issues that are out of our control.

We do not split orders. If your order includes any SPECIAL and/or PRE ORDERS, the WHOLE order will be sent once the special and/or pre order item(s) arrive.

Please note:A special order wig is never a guarantee. Although we can produce 99% of them, there is that 1% chance your request will not be able to be produced. Given the time and resources it takes to attempt to produce a special order, if it cannot be done, we will email you to let you know it cannot be done and issue you a gift card code for the value of the product plus an ADDITIONAL $25 for any inconvenience. We do not give refunds if a special order cannot be done.
