A special order wig is never a guarantee. Although we can produce 99% of them, there is that 1% chance your request will not be able to be produced. Given the time and resources it takes to attempt to produce a special order, if it cannot be done, we will email you to let you know it cannot be done and issue you a gift card code for the value of the product plus an ADDITIONAL $25 for any inconvenience. We do not give refunds if a special order cannot be done. 

ALL WIG PURCHASES COME WITH A WIG CAP, CARE CARD, AND A FREE PIECE OF JEWELRY.   

Please keep in mind that we do not split orders. 

If your order includes any SPECIAL/PRE ORDERS then the WHOLE order will be sent once the special order items arrive.
