All Sales Final. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing normal orders and up to 6-8 weeks for special orders. Some special orders may take a bit longer than the 6-8 week mark due to unforeseen supply chain issues that are out of our control.

We do not split orders. If your order includes any SPECIAL and/or PRE ORDERS, the WHOLE order will be sent once the special and/or pre order item(s) arrive.

Given the time and resources it takes to attempt to produce a special order, if it cannot be done, we will email you to let you know it cannot be done and issue you a gift card code for the value of the product plus an ADDITIONAL $25 for any inconvenience. We do not give refunds if a special order cannot be done.
