A special order wig or ponytail is never a guarantee. Although we can produce 99% of them, there is that 1% chance your request will not be able to be produced. Given the time and resources it takes to attempt to produce a special order, if it cannot be done, we will email you to let you know and issue a giftcard . We do not give refunds if a special order cannot be done. 

Please keep in mind that we do not split orders. 


If your order includes any SPECIAL/PRE ORDERS then the WHOLE order will be sent once the special order items arrive.

*IF YOU ARE NEW TO WEARING WIGS, PLEASE KNOW THAT THE LACE ON THE FOREHEAD GETS CUT OFF RIGHT AT THE HAIRLINE, LEAVING A INCREDIBLE, NATURAL LOOKING CROWN OF HAIR. THIS IS VERY SIMPLE TO CUT AND DOES NOT STAY ON THE WIG. INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED WITHIN THE CARE CARD.
